When we say Holistic Fitness, we think of it differently than the typical understanding of the word fitness. We like to think of fitness as a lifestyle using a holistic approach. This lifestyle comes from a 4 step process: Thought (how you think), action (after you have clarity of thought, you take action), investment (the action can consist of time investment or tools like workout tools and nutritional plans). Surrounding (creating a place and a social environment to support your new lifestyle changes).
